Cacao creates for a deep body and mind relaxation, which allows us to connect deeper physically when holding yoga asanas. We access the fascia which can then start releasing blocked emotions at a physical level. This one and a half hour session includes: - Cup of Keith's cacao - Grounding meditation - Yin yoga - Sound bath
