During this 2.5-hour ceremony, we create space to welcome the spirit of cacao, release blocked emotions that have bottled up in our mind and body through circular breathing and seek cacao's guidance to heal and live from the heart. This is a time of deep connection to yourself. The ceremony includes: - Cup of Keith's cacao - Grounding meditation - Breathwork inspired from rebirthing - Sound bath
