With an earlier career in marketing and customer experience in tech and retail, I can support your company in building strong creative minds, stress free bodies and memorable experiences. Based on your particular needs (seminar, team building, quarter launch, brainstorming, wellness week, etc.), I tailor workshops, blending the works of cacao, meditation, sound healing and/or yoga to develop your teams' wellness. Cacao has different active ingredients (like theobromine) that increase energy and focus, positively affecting various neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine, works against stress and is a natural antidepressant.
